Richard Miller, PhD is a clinical psychologist and contemporary spiritual teacher in the tradition of Nondual Yoga. His mentors have included Laura Cummings (existential-spiritual psychology) Jean Klein (nondualism and Kashmiri Yoga), T.K.V. Desikachar (yoga therapy), and Stephan Chang (Taoism).
Richard is the founding president and CEO of the Integrative Restoration Institute, co-founder of The International Association of Yoga Therapy and founding editor of the professional Journal of IAYT. He is also a founding member and past president of the Institute for Spirituality and Psychology and a founding board member of the Baumann Institute for the study of Awareness and its impact on well-being.
Author of Yoga Nidra: The Meditative Heart of Yoga, Richard serves as a research consultant studying the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol that he has developed (Integrative Restoration ~ iRest, a modern adaptation of the ancient nondual meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, researching its efficacy on health, healing, well-being and awakening with diverse populations including soldiers, veterans, college students, children, seniors, the homeless, and people experiencing issues such as PTSD, chemical dependency, sleep disorders and chronic pain.
It is inspiring to be working side by side within this rich community of spiritual brothers and sisters, bringing these precious teachings to so many diverse populations.

Born and raised in Utah. Graduate of the University of Utah College of Nursing, and the Utah Physician Assistant Program.
Worked in the Health Care Field in a variety of positions as a nurse and 20 years as a Physician Assistant retiring in 1999.
Completed the 200 hour Kripalu Yoga Teaching Training program in 1994 and have been teaching Kripalu style yoga at the Inner Light Center for the past 15 years.
Completed Level I iRest training in March 2008 and have been incorporating Yoga Nidra in yoga classes for 5 years.
I have been sitting with a Vipassana Meditation Sangha for 12 years and have been offering iRest during Day Long Meditation Retreats and evening Sanghas for the past 2 years.

Dani Antman is a Kabbalistic healer, teacher, artist and ordained Interfaith Minister. She is a graduate of both the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and A Society of Souls, a three year training in Kabbalistic Healing. She taught with Jason Shulman, the founder of A Society of Souls for 9 years. Dani teaches workshops on healing and meditation throughout the United States and Europe. She is currently on the staff of The Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Healing, in Sherman Oaks California.

Beth Arnold is a Kundalini yoga practitioner and a licensed professional counselor, whose lifework is career counseling. Since 2004 Beth has worked with clients of all ages on career and life transition issues, both in her private practice and with students at the University of Texas Career Exploration Center. Beth uses iRest techniques to help clients resolve anxiety about career choice, career change and other life transitions. Once anxiety is lessened, iRest helps clients develop resiliency as they leave their comfort zones to commit to more rewarding lifework.

Molly Asebey-Birkholm is currently conducting Department of Defense Center of Excellence funded clinical research at the Miami Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) measuring the effects of iRest on veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
In addition to the research, Molly teaches veterans in the 90-day residential PTSD and Substance Abuse programs, the acute inpatient mental health program and in the VA nursing home. Molly is also one of the instructors in the Integrative Restoration Institute's teleconference series on Teaching iRest in the Military. She has spent extended amounts of time studying yoga and meditation in India and is also certified as an Advanced Sivananda Yoga Instructor.
