iRest Volunteers

iRest Yoga Nidra is a multi faceted discipline that does not discriminate on who it helps. It creates positive options for people to learn how to heal their mind and their body.

Our need for skills, experience and knowledge, in all fields, is a great match for the talent pool of dedicated and talented people who have the time, who have the knowledge and simple resolve to make a huge difference. Please, do something for yourself and share it with others. Your spirit of service will help us in continuing our mission and extend our vision.

The following is just a partial list of our needs. If you have a skill and would like to help and it isn’t on this list. It doesn’t mean you aren’t needed or wanted. It just means we haven’t thought of it, yet. So please say Yes, We need and very much want your help.

Project Coordinator Help us coordinate; organize current projects, new projects, field new ideas and work with volunteers and their training.

A Benefit Coordinator: We will need a group of volunteers to help soldiers and veterans navigate the VA medical, education and the myriad of other benefits available to them and their families. Twittering is a huge plus. This is sorely needed.

Grant Research and Writing: Making our voice heard and obtaining the necessary funding to keep our mission moving forward. Many depend on this. Many will benefit from the results of your writing skills and knowledge.

Wikipedians: We would like to make a request for seasoned Wikipedians or enthusiastic novices. We need to create, expand and define the wikipedia file for Integrative Restoration Institute, iRest, iRest Yoga Nidra, The Center of Timeless Being, Richard C. Miller and provide a solid foundation for informing the worldwide public of who we are and what we do and who we help.

Tech: Integrating our non-profit with technology by using software and hardware that will allow us to work smarter and continue on that path. We need your ideas your suggestions your input your skills your knowledge.

Outstanding Bloggers: We need writers, press, researchers, funny people, Veterans, support groups. People who have something to say and can say it well enough so that people listen.

Twizard's and Twitician's: We seek people who are absolute masters of all things Twitter and those that are skilled Twitter business tactician's. We want to integrate new forms and functions of Twitter into the non-profit world.

Drupal Developer's: Do you Drupal? Then we need you.

Civicrm Developer's: Do you Civicrm? Then we need you.

Images/Photo's: Share your images with us. With the world. With those that matter. Tell your story with pictures.

Video: Everyone has something to say with a video. Share your thoughts, ideas, raise awareness, raise funds, eyebrows, people’s level of understanding, expectations, hopes and level of happiness.
