iRest Personal Practice Immersion (iPPI) with Richard Miller
May 19-21, 2017 at Garden Club of St. Petersburg in St. Petersburg, Florida
An iPPI is an iRest personal practice immersion where you'll experience the variety of ways iRest can be used on and off the mat in your personal practice or for iRest Teachers to use with students.
An iPPI offers extended practice sessions exploring the principles and practice of iRest. It is appropriate for newcomers or experienced iRest practitioners such as Teachers-in-Training or Certified Teachers. Regardless of experience you'll sample the fullness of what iRest offers for health, healing, and resiliency - as well as awakening, wholeness, and well-being. This new offering is structured in workshop format and presented in both residential and non-residential settings. iPPIs meet the short retreat requirement for those in the iRest Teacher Certification program.
