iRest and Active Duty Military

I teach iRest at Camp Lejuene Marines Corps, North Carolina. I am a volunteer teaching iRest as part of Lejeuene Naval Hospital's mental health department's "Back on Track" program. Back on Track is a two-week long program for Marines and sailors that have returned from Iraq and/or Afghanistan with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD.) The program participants are introduced to different methods in which they learn to cope with PTSD. http://www.jdnews.com/articles/class-66146-bodycopyrag-yoga.html Read more
