Marilyn Peppers-Citizen

Marilyn has been a wellness professional since 1992 and is dedicated to helping clients discover and achieve personal wellness goals. She is an International Association of Yoga Therapists-certified yoga therapist and national board-certified health and wellness coach. She was introduced to yoga in 1997 and has studied multiple traditions. Marilyn leads individual and small group yoga therapy focusing on adults aging well.

Marilyn is a retired Air Force Colonel and served 26 years active duty. She holds a PhD in public policy, a MA in business, and an MS in national resource strategy. She is experienced in strategic planning, international and interagency collaboration, and program management.

John Vosler

John Vosler is a multi-lineage yoga nidra educator and founder of Tri-BEing. His passion is helping clients realize their true nature by accessing their inner stillness. Through meditation, movement and holistic bodywork, John’s Los Angeles-based wellness practice provides education on how thoughts, emotions and the physical being are connected and empowers individuals to improve their lives.

Executives, athletes, celebrities, busy moms and burnt-out professionals are attracted to John's intuitive awareness and vast knowledge of the science of meditation. His infectious humor and compassionate heart make working with him a joy-filled experience.

John holds a degree in Human Development and is a certified bodyworker, massage and craniosacral therapist and has received certifications in yoga, pilates and other healing modalities.

In 2002, John was introduced to the profound practice of yoga nidra. At that point, he decided to shift the focus of his work to commit himself to guiding others to help them find their own natural state of being.

John teaches Internationally, leading trainings and retreats on the profound healing benefits of the ancient meditation practice of Yoga Nidra. You can find John on retreat in India, Bali, Peru, at Omega, Esalen and online.

Ryan Stanley

Ryan Stanley is a parent, spouse, yoga teacher, sound healer, and a co-owner/CEO of three entrepreneurial endeavors including the Soul of Yoga, Sacred Sound of the Soul, and TDF International. Ryan is on a continued journey integrating family, business, service to others, and the fullest participation in the miracle of life.

Ryan received his accounting degree from the University of San Diego and became a Certified Public Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ryan left accounting to work for Encore Capital Group, where he took on progressively challenging executive roles in high growth, startup, and acquisition businesses. Ryan’s specialization in change management eventually led him to being an owner of TDF International, which specializes in improving the way people work and relate to one another.

In 2017 Ryan acquired the Soul of Yoga, a world-renowned yoga studio and yoga teacher training institute where he lives in Encinitas, CA. Ryan co-founded Sacred Sound of the Soul in 2018, specializing in sound healing, meditation music, and related instruments with two showrooms in Sedona, AZ and Encinitas, CA.  Ryan directs training programs at the Soul of Yoga in collaboration with his business partners and teachers from around the world, and sees himself as forever a beginner in yoga, meditation, music, and sound healing.
