iRest in UK Prisons

A special project is delivering iRest to inmates and staff in UK prisons and to those recently released. Thrive Inside has adapted the iRest protocol, learning materials and recordings to support people in the criminal justice system. They are currently developing a comprehensive in-cell audio course for inmates who cannot attend classes. The vision of Thrive Inside is to expand these teachings to prisons across Europe and around the world.
