Jane O'Grady

Born and grew up in southern Australia. After secondary school, travelled and worked around Australia and New Zealand. Studied Natural Therapies for 2 years(incomplete). Thanks to Federal government, attained Diploma of Programming (computers). This enabled to work in Middle East, Scandinavia, USA, UK and Far East during 1980s. 9 month break driving through Africa. More computing in Australia, until enrolled at university. Completed B.Sc. (Osteopathy), then Master Health Sciences (Clin.)
Practised Osteopathy for 13 years, also completed Diploma of Yoga Teaching (2008-09). Taught and continued to practise and study yoga since then. Completed Level 1 iRest Teacher Training in 2013.I teach yoga at the local community centre, and at a rehabilitation facility. I live with a nice man and a cuddly dog in a lucky country on a gorgeous planet and I am committed to maximising the number of my fellow residents who live well and safe and happy.
